• implementation of huge outsourcing project of the incumbent Bulgarian telecom.
• various transactions concerning fiber to the building, building connectivity, and implementation of many other projects of the incumbent Bulgarian telecom.
• mobile network implementation of an Austrian telecom subsidiary in malls over the country.
• delivery and integration project concerning the mobile network of a Greek telecom subsidiary operating in Bulgaria.
• various transactions concerning delivery and integration projects aiming at development and maintenance of the mobile networks of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Macedonia telecoms.

Litigation:

• effectively imposing a complex-structure scheme of injunctions involving seizure over real estates, future set-off of receivables in the course of various lawsuits, and of all bank accounts of a litigant in Spain and Bulgaria, while litigating for an EU mobile appliances distributor in a EUR 0,6 M case.
• significant record on commercial litigation (e.g., commercial transactions, bank instruments, real estate, unjust enrichment, etc.) for large-scale disputes ( > EUR 1 M) in all levels of court;
• advising in the course of an out-of-court settlement between a local manufacture of vehicle motor oil and its distributor.

Corporate:

• corporate secretarial services and legal support on the corporate restructuring of a renown French telecom involving transfer of a business as a going concern and liquidation of a Romanian subsidiary branch in Bulgaria, a share purchase transaction in Macedonia, and a liquidation in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
• advising a large local distributor of the top leader in city fashion (dress, shoes and accessoire) on all aspects of their corporate structuring.

Data Privacy:

• advising heavy industry French and USA pharmaceutical corporations on the data privacy aspects of clinical trials, and providing legal support on data privacy for outsourcing project between French and USA top companies in the IT and telecommunications in Bulgaria.

Anti-trust and Competition:

• advising a local distributor of renown Japanese vehicles manufacture on advertising and client incentives schemes.
